Submit online enrollment form and don’t be late ! Arrive at least 15 minutes in advance; you will need that time to change into your uniform or your exercise clothing. You do not need a karate uniform initially; you may train in exercise clothing like gym shorts or sweats. Please respect our host (Thrive Fitness) rules and regulations ( read  Agreement ) on your way to and from the exercise room.

Remove hats, shoes, electronic devices and jewelry. Enter and exit class by acknowledging masters, seniors, and fellow members with a bow. If you are late, don’t interrupt class. Wait inside, by the door, for instructor’s permission to attend the class. When on class, don’t show arrogance, anger, or frustration. Be aware of your language and show respect for others.
